MY3 Sifu Urs Mueller
MY3 Sifu Urs Moy began studying Ving Tsun Kung Fu under Grandmaster Anthony Moy Tung at the Richmond Moy Yat Kung Fu Academy in 1991, and soon joined his inner circle of students, the MY3.
With Moy Tung, he went on many Kung Fu training trips over the years to other cities, including the Moy Yat SSA headquarters school in NYC. With his Sifu’s blessing, became a member of Grandmaster Moy Yat’s association for grand students, the GSS on Moy Yat’s 60th birthday in 1998.
Sifu Urs Mueller received his Kung Fu name, Urs Moy, from his Sifu; in Swiss, ‘Urs’ means ‘Bear.’ Sifu Urs Moy began teaching Ving Tsun (wing chun) Kung Fu in Christiansburg, Virginia in 2016, to make authentic training in this unique system available to good people in the community.

NRV Kung Fu serves the New River Valley with training in the martial art of Ving Tsun (wing chun) Kung Fu, for self-defense, mental/physical health & fitness, disciplined mind-body exercise for self-improvement. Group classes and private lessons are offered. Located on College St in Christiansburg, the school is less than 15” from Blacksburg, Merrimac, Shawsville, Oak Grove, Sugar Grove, Plum Creek and Radford.
The school has 2000 sq’ of training space, with two Muk Yan Jongs, Luk Dim Boon Kwans and Sa Bao. There’s a large outdoor training area with a Gerk Jong, for Kung Fu training while enjoying the fresh mountain air.
10% discount for students, mil/cops/vets and others in public service/health professions. Students and employees at nearby Virginia Tech, Radford University and Radford Army Ammunition plant are welcome.
