MY4 Sifu Ely Matson
Moy Tung MY4 Sifu Ely Matson began his training in Iowa City, IA in 1999, under Sifu Moy Yat Tung, and soon joined his inner circle, the ICC. Not long after that, he became a member of the MY4, as a grandstudent disciple of Grandmaster Moy Tung.

Denver Kung Fu is in on Broadway in South Denver, close to Aurora Park, Washington Park, Englewood, Baker and College View and University Park, and with Glendale, Lakewood and Aurora nearby. The school offers training in the complete Ving Tsun Kung Fu system, for self-defense and mental/physical fitness. For students on advanced training, the school has Muk Yan Jong (Wooden Dummy) and Luk Dim Boon Kwan (6 1/2 Point Pole).
Ving Tsun training is a mind-body exercise that develops practical fighting skills. Students learn to stay strong on the feet, blocking and hitting at the same time with hands or feet. Sifu Ely Matson teaches the Ving Tsun system same way he learned, authentically passing it down, unchanged.
